Choose a campaign template, then configure how and when to send it.

Choose a category, then a campaign definition. The list is sorted by group (for example Booking or Reminder), then by name. The same name can be used many times in production — each scheduled or manual run is separate.
Pick one or more channels. Sequence is fixed (email first, then letter, SMS, task list, follow-up).
Set the criteria that define which customers receive this campaign. Toggle All to ignore a parameter.
Mock delivery and engagement across your full campaign library for the selected period. Numbers are illustrative — your selection is highlighted so you can compare it with other programmes.
