Choose a campaign template, then configure how and when to send it.
Choose a category, then a campaign definition. The list is sorted by group (for example Booking or Reminder), then by name. The same name can be used many times in production — each scheduled or manual run is separate.
Pick one or more channels. Sequence is fixed (email first, then letter, SMS, task list, follow-up).
Set the criteria that define which customers receive this campaign. Toggle All to ignore a parameter. Single-choice fields use a drop-down; multi-choice fields show a list — hold Ctrl or ⌘ while clicking to choose several values.
Customers and vehicles matching the selected campaign and active parameters.
